Do you stock low/no sulphite wine?

Almost all wines will contain some levels of sulphites, as sulphur dioxide is used to clean equipment in the winemaking process, and to kill any unwanted bacteria in the wine. However, some wineries use less than others, unfortunately, few winemakers supply information on the exact level of sulphur dioxide used.

A good rule of thumb for low sulphite wines is that organic and biodynamic wines most often contain significantly lower levels sulphites than most wines.
